
The day of guided reflection combines an Eastern and Western approach, exploring how to achieve a state of calmness, happiness and wellbeing that has the potential for us to experience Sacred Silence.
The aim the day is to create a safe environment where participants will have an opportunity to experience simple calming, relaxation, and meditative approaches, combining Eastern and Western techniques. You will also explore what helps or hinders your ability to maintain your emotional wellbeing, preventing and managing difficult situations. The day will reflect a Whole Person, Whole Life approach enabling you to explore and meet your Whole Life Domains.
