Lady Augusta is working with Natural Resources Wales at Bwlch Nant yr Arian's open day and mountain bike trail launch on Saturday 19 October. This class includes yoga breathing to de-stress and aid relaxation, gentle stretching and flexing exercises which are done from a chair, but also gives the option of standing exercises and sequences.
