DJ Mr. A will be warming up the dance floor with a strictly vinyl selection of rocksteady, reggae and ska from the 60’s and 70’s. A special introduction to AeroZen Aerial Yoga for all those interested in this playful, mindful and accessible aerial yoga practice. AeroZen combines elements of traditional yoga and aerial circus using a hammock or aerial silk to stretch, strengthen, invert and unwind.
