Ursula Martin has trekked 3,700 miles round, through and across Wales, recovering from ovarian cancer. Emily Chappell has crossed several continents by bike, and won the Transcontinental Race across Europe. Hannah Engelkamp walked the entire perimeter of Wales, accompanied by a donkey called Chico.
