New Colourful Family Show

Lightning Path | Llwybr Mellt combines skilled puppetry with beautiful animated projections and original music, to tell a tale of our times. Ella wonders why her family farm is flooding. Her Grandfather worries about eels not coming up the river anymore. She embarks on a magical journey through changing landscapes with her new friend, Harri the flying hare. On her global journey, Ella meets curious creatures and people that help her learn new ways of understanding and caring.’

Lightning Path is Small World Theatre’s new family puppet theatre show created and touring with the support of Arts Council Wales

The Lightning Path/ Llwybr Mellt echoes the company’s strong ecological ethos with a journey across the continents from pole to desert…The action blends the range of possibilities of puppetry … is witty, colourful and compact.
