New Colourful Ecological Young Persons’ Show

Ella wonders why her family farm is flooding. Her Grandfather talks about how the eels are not coming up the river anymore. She is concerned about melting ice caps and whether there is a connection with ice, eels and changing landscapes across the world. She embarks on a magical journey to find answers and on her way meets a collection of people and creatures that help her learn new ways of understanding and caring. Her questions bring wisdom and a sprinkling of super powers. At the end of her journey the audience will help her make some important decisions for the future.

Lightning Path is a our new family puppet theatre show created with the support of Arts Council Wales

The Lightning Path/ Llwybr Mellt echoes the company’s strong ecological ethos with a journey across the continents from pole to desert…The action blends the range of possibilities of puppetry … is witty, colourful and compact.
