10th November from 10am – 4pm (please arrive on time because it takes a day to make a lantern). 4CG and Small World Theatre are delighted to announce Cardigan’s Giant Lantern Parade on 6 December at 7pm, thanks to a grant from The National Lottery Community Fund. This year 4CG and Small World Theatre introduce a ‘Winter Circus’ theme for the giant parade. Think vintage circus with clowns, elephants, zebras, a strong man, jugglers and aerialists. Can a narrative be displayed in one painting or does it need to be a series? Which contemporary artists work in the narrative and does this strengthen their voice?
