Making a Difference Engine * Peiriant Newid Pethau

outdoor, environmental theatre, immersive puppetry, animation, multi-arts

Small World Theatre’s interactive puppet theatre performance in the age of #climatecrisis. Join a trio of timeless travellers seeking solutions as they whizz, clang and turn the handle on questions of biodiversity with their Making a Difference Engine. This extraordinary mechanism uses vintage technology, puppets and automata to take a dramatic look at where we are, where we were and where we may get to in the future.

Expect to be engaged in inspiring stories and archaic mayhem as three troubadours take you on a quest to unravel the secret of the ‘interconnectedness of everything’. On their turbulent journey through right and wrong turns, species lost and found, they are hoping in this particular place and time that you will be able to help.
