Small World Theatre is an arts organisation committed to transparency and we believe that individuals should always know what data we collect from them and how we use it. We are committed to protecting your privacy and we will never share your data with a third party without your consent. Read the policy below.

Complaints

Small World Theatre welcomes feedback from the wider community about the provision of education, services and facilities offered as part of our commitment to enhancing the quality of our provision. If you wish to make a complaint, we will aim to resolve problems quickly and fairly.

Any complaints by members of the public should in the first instance be reported by email to sam@smallworld.org.uk.

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

Small World Theatre has policies and procedures in place that include promoting Wales Safeguarding Procedures to staff and freelancers, and approval of staff and teams by The Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). Read the document below.
