Live events at Small World Theatre.
Refunds.
The purchaser will be entitled to claim a full refund of the cost of their ticket in the event of a cancellation by Small World Theatre. Our refund policy includes any changes to events caused by closure related to Covid 19 (whether enforced by Welsh Government or decided by Small World Theatre’s management).
Small World Theatre accepts tickets for refund up to 7 days in advance of a live event. We are unable to refund after 7 days.
Exchanges.
Up to 24-hours prior to the event, we may agree to exchange your tickets for a similar event presented by Small World Theatre (does not apply to private events or hirings). This is at the discretion of the company.

Syrcas Byd Bach.
Refunds.
All class or workshop fees are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by Small World Theatre. All decisions regarding the running or cancellation of any classes or courses are at the absolute discretion of the Small World Theatre Ltd. whose decision shall be final.
We aim to notify Syrcas Byd Bach students at the earliest possible opportunity and refund you in full. If you are unable to attend due to an injury incurred during a Syrcas Byd Bach class, it is at our discretion that a postponement or refund will be offered where possible. To meet the criteria of a medical cancellation, proof in the form of a doctor’s note (confirming that the student is not permitted to participate) must be provided.
Safety measures.
If you are experiencing CV-19 symptoms or another infection, please do not attend class and notify SBB’s team.
Taster session/gift vouchers.
Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and must be spent in full by the expiry date.
