'May Contain Food May Contain You' created by the choreographer and director Luca Silvestrini, is a unique immersive dance-theatre show touring to Cardigan on Friday 29 March supported by the Arts Council of Wales' Night Out scheme. With its pop-up restaurant and food-themed tables, Protein dance company transforms Small World into a musical dining experience!

Take a seat at decorated tables and watch, savour and digest a playful mix of dance, theatre and songs that unfolds around you. Your charming, multi-talented hosts will win your affections with dance and humorous monologues.

With interludes including baking a cake and trying your luck in a raffle with the proceeds going to the local Food Bank, this sumptuous gathering promises to make you smile and enjoy the curious relationship we all have with food.

You’re also invited to bring a little something to share… something with sentiment, be it a homegrown vegetable, a home cooked morsel or something from the shop. Nothing too sloppy or slurpy mind you, and something that can be easily scoffed.

Running time: 90 minutes with a short interval.

Notes for the audience! This show is suitable for ages 12+ (there are some mischievous swear words that might need explaining). Vegetarians and vegans are catered for.
